Yes, we offer refunds for up to 30 days on unopened and unused products. For more information please review our refund policy at the bottom of the website.

Our main office and showroom are located in Maryland.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, paypal, and affirm for flexible payment plans.

We try to process orders placed by 12pm est by 4pm est the same day; however sometimes payment processing delays that process. Most orders ship 24-48 hours after they're placed.

In the rare event that your tracking information shows “delivered” to your address but you never received your package, we ask that you file a “lost” package claim with your carrier:

Once you have filed a claim, send an email to sales@getfinessed.net with your order number and the claim number and we will follow up with the shipping carrier.

If you received your package and received the wrong item please immediately send an email to sales@getfinessed.net with your order number, and details of what you received. If you're missing items keep in mind that sometimes we ship products in our office immediately and wait for others to be fulfilled from one of our other locations. So verify you didn't receive an additional tracking number and double check the packing slip.

This is a tough question to answer as all leagues operate under different sets of rules. For High School we always suggest purchasing a clear visor and pairing it for a tinted visor for practice or warm-ups. Youth, Semi-Pro and other leagues have their own sets of rules. We strongly encourage you to check with your league officials, or coaches for rules prior to purchasing a tinted visor. Our Clear Tinted visors are accepted in several leagues but not all.

All focus visors include the visor, a pair of quick clips for fast removal, a sticker sheet to customize to your preference and a microfiber bag to keep your visor in when you don't have it installed on your helmet.

While our back plates are stylish and allow you to express yourself on the field, they also offer exceptional protection to your lower back and reduce the impact of collisions on the field. Built of high density foam our back plates are designed for the grind of football.

Grind Back Plates are universal and come with the necessary hardware to mount them to your shoulder pads. It's quick and easy with 2 screws and a phillips screwdriver.

Grind Back Plates come in both Youth and Adult sizes. We recommend Youth backplates for anyone 5'3 or less and under 80lbs. Anyone 5'4 or above we recommend the Adult sizing, although exact fit varies player to player, these are good guidlines.

Most companies offer a self proclaimed dental warranty on their products. These warranties basically only cover a dental injury if the mouth guard was defective. They're really more of a marketing ploy than an actual beneficial warranty. We do not have such a policy as we believe clear and honest policies are the best practice.
